About Us

Our Story

KeysNest began with our home in London.

In 2025, we travelled abroad for few months and entrusted the property to a leading and well-established property management agency. We expected to leave with peace of mind but communication became difficult. The house was not always properly monitored and the invoices were unnecessarily complicated. Some guests even contacted us directly to complain about the agency.

Although we were thousands of miles away, we found ourselves constantly worrying about the home we had left behind.

When we returned, the house was filthy and damaged. We decided to manage the house ourselves. We took personal responsibility for every stay and paid close attention to the details that protect both the home and the guest experience.

The reviews were overwhelmingly positive.

KeysNest grew from that experience and from one simple belief:
Homeowners should be able to travel freely, knowing that their home is being cared for, respected and kept in safe hands.

Chris brings hands-on experience in property, construction and maintenance. Ariel brings an artistic eye, with a background in art and design, creating spaces that feel warm, distinctive and welcoming.

Together, we combine practical property knowledge with thoughtful design to create better stays for guests and better outcomes for homeowners.

We look after every property with the same attention we give to our own home, because to us, a property is never simply another listing.

“Had a brilliant stay at this gorgeous Airbnb. Beautiful home, felt really luxurious and exceptionally clean. Thoughtful touches that made us really feel at home- such as huge choice of different mugs and cups and a large selection of different teas. Also air con was an absolute godsend.
